It is a kind of specialized treatment which we use to make parts more bright and clear. Mostly it is for polycarbonate (PC) plastic. We can also use this kind of method to to repair small defects in the surface of parts. This process can make a very good and clear surface complicated shape parts or hard to reach areas.
It was carried out like this : sanding the part up to #1500 grit carefully , then placed in an atmospherically controlled environment. After that, use Weldon 4 gas to melt the surface of the plastic at the molecular level, then all the small scratches becoming clearer and clearer.
